Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change a booked service appointment, please do so at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within an hour of the appointment will incur a non-refundable deposit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for choosing Hermes Roadside.
